Am I allowed to buy something for other players?

Unfortunately you are unable to surprise another player with a rank by buying them a rank on the shop, you can however purchase a giftcard which you can give to another player! Please do note that the original cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.

What should I do if I did not receive my package?

It can take a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 15 minutes you still have not received your purchase, please contact a Senior Admin on Discord.

Can I get a refund?

No, payments are absolutely final and fall under a "no refund policy". In the case of technical issues, an exception might be made. Please contact a Senior Admin if you believe this to be the case.
